Spring and Summer are a welcome sight for most, bringing in the warmer months and lighter nights, but for some it is the time where allergies become most present and the most common of allergies is hay fever. Acupuncture has been shown to help people with asthma, seasonal allergies, allergic rhinitis, eczema, food allergies and many allergies and their associated symptoms.
Acupuncture is one of the best non-medicinal forms of treatments available for allergies and intolerances and works with the body’s own energy system to bring about equilibrium and restore health.
The British Council of Acupuncture suggest a series of treatments to restore your health.
That is why at Gaynor Grozier Acupuncture we have designed a package to help treat your seasonal or long-term allergies.
Once you have made your purchase, you will receive a confirmation notification, which will contain a package code together with the expiry date. At this stage you can create your own personal account, the benefits of creating an account are VIP appointments, manage own diary, share point to upload test results, one time questionnaire completion or you can schedule your first consultation which includes treatment, then schedule the remainder of your appointments to ensure you secure the appointments most convenient for you.
Once you have scheduled your first appointment you will receive a preparing for treatment information leaflet. When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted by the Gaynor, who will invite you to use the hand sanitiser and show you where the rest room facilities are before you are taken through to the treatment room. You will be invited to store personal items in the receptacles provided. You will be offered a seat to make you comfortable whilst you and Gaynor go through your health history and plan steps to achieve your ultimate health goal. You will be invited to the treatment couch where you will be made comfortable prior to the commencement of your treatment. You will receive an aftercare leaflet following your appointment for your information.
